We’ve had some people recently say they’ve not done any classes in our wee studio. It is a calm, light filled space in the daytime and a cosy dim lit space in the evenings.

Mostly used for our heated hot yoga classes, but also pregnancy

Anytime the weather gets cold, we look to the diary for all the retreats we have coming up this year!
We have one spot left for Turkey (aerial available!), spaces left for our fourth trip to Spain, and spaces left for Disney with Disney-expert @alanl
