Parent and Baby yoga

Today we will use our body and mind to move through the Sun Salutation, like a beautiful dance, to celebrate the joy we get from the life-giving sun. Baby’s special treat will be being carried on our march round the studio to the Cherokee Morning Song: ‘Win a de ya ho’ (as taught by Ana Forrest).
