Our New Chair Yoga Schedule

Our chair yoga project has developed a long way from our first pilot class after the pandemic. Following our Golden Heart project, we built up the schedule. Now, our community team have really branched out and we are diversifying the offering. While we finish up a community project, the Thursday class will start on October 29th, but the rest are live from July 13th.

  • Monday: Chair Yoga For Strength, 4.30pm

  • Tuesday: Chair Yoga, 1.30pm

  • Wednesday: Chair Yoga, 1.30pm

  • Thursday: Yoga For Chronic Conditions + Menopause, 1.30pm*

  • Friday: Chair Yoga, 1.30pm

  • Saturday: Chair Yoga, 11.30am


We also have some permanent sessions in the community that you can attend, but there’s no need to book these with us.

  • Wednesday, Ardler Complex, Chair Yoga, 11.30am

  • Friday, Charleston Community Centre, Chair Yoga, 12.15pm
