Vote For Heart Space - Voting Closed

This winter has been exceptionally hard for the studio with a 6 week gas bill exceeding £4500.

This is a situation that is hard on us, as it puts a serious squeeze on us and the sessions we provide to the community.

We have been selected through two different panels to be up for a chance to do some serious structural work to make the studio at least 36% more efficient, cheaper to run, and more comfortable you.

If you are a Dundee resident, please vote for us in this funding bid that opened today. The vote will put us forwards to secure the funds to:

- Insulate the floors and ceiling

- Instal solar panels and battery

- Instal desttratification fans for heat efficiency in the big studio

- To upgrade our secondary glazing

All of this would reduce our carbon emissions by 36% and reduce heating output by about 25-30%.

With the voting now closed, we await the results on April 2nd.
